Our Credentials
Medici Capital process over 50 pharmacy valuations each month
through a proven and technology backed procedure. We have been conducting pharmacy valuations
for financial institutions for over 15 years; the longest
of any pharmacy valuer in Australia.
After creating the pharmacy valuation product in 1995 to facilitate the first pharmacy
loan after the wholesaler guarantee, Medici Capital went on to be instrumental in the
creation of a pharmacy lending policy nation-wide across a number of financial institutions
and lending groups. As part of this process, the pharmacy valuation policy was created.
Some key Medici Capital valuation credentials include:
- Member of the valuation panel for all major banks throughout Australia;
- Accredited valuer to conduct valuations throughout Australia;
- 30+ experience in the pharmacy industry throughout
Australia;
- Strict confidentiality policy: we will not reveal the names of our clients, who we
conduct work for, or provide any information about a valuation unless you allow us
to do so;
- Proven and trusted valuation procedures that have been systematised to ensure we can
produce consistent and verifiable valuations;
- In-house IT department that provide constant updates and developments to our analysis,
benchmarking and reporting tools;
- We will not conduct a valuation in the event that we determine there to be a conflict
of interest. (In most cases, since we are not accountants or financial advisors to
the client, we will not have a conflict.);
- All valuations are reviewed using both an automated and manual quality control
procedure to ensure that any anomolies or extra-ordinary items are reported on;
- All valuations are signed by our director, Frank Sirianni; and
- We wrote the valuation and lending policy that is used by many banking and financial
institutions in the health space today.
