The Pharmacy Snow Business Conference combines the ultimate alpine experience with interactive, pharmacy focussed conference sessions. Attendees enjoy four days of skiing, delicious meals and informative conference sessions in a truly spectacular location.

Who Should Attend?

Pharmacists, their families and friends are all welcome to attend the Pharmacy Snow Business Conference and enjoy networking with pharmacists from across Australia. This conference hosts an impressive list of industry experts, with pharmacists from a wide variety of backgrounds sharing their knowledge and experiences.

For those of you who have not skied before, this is the perfect time to begin! You will be surrounded by a great group, all with varied skiing abilities.

Programme

• Registration Night:
  On Sunday evening, delegates, speakers and sponsors meet to register, collect conference material and introduce themselves to the group over informal drinks and finger food.
• Mornings:
  Each morning is free for delegates to enjoy the snow and countless activities Mt Buller has to offer. Or if you prefer… simply relax!
• Afternoons:
  Conference sessions are held daily from 4:30-7:30pm. Each session includes two or three presentations, followed by question time and group discussions.
• Nights:
  Delegates, their families, speakers and sponsors all gather for group dinners at four of Mt Buller’s finest restaurants.

Delegate/Student Registration Includes:

• Attendance to all four conference sessions
• Conference satchel, including speaker and sponsor materials
• Attendance at the Registration Evening (finger food and drinks provided)

• Discounts on lift passes

Accompanying Persons Includes:

• Accompanying adults and children are able to attend the Registration Evening and all four conference dinners, but are not permitted to attend the conference sessions.
• Non-delegates are also entitled to discounts on lift passes.

Pharmacy Ski Race - Optional

(Extra $25.00 per person)

Keeping with Pharmacy Snow Business tradition, we will again be holding the Pharmacy Ski Race. The Medici Capital Ski Race is open to both delegates and non-delegates, with each participant getting two runs down Mt Buller’s Skyline Course. Trophies are awarded to the fastest man, woman and child. Are you this year’s winner?

Photo Competition

Bring your camera along to capture the picturesque landscape of Mt Buller and the more amusing moments of the conference. Photos will be displayed at the Conference farewell dinner and prizes awarded to the most popular shots!

Trivia Quiz

Keep your mind alert and your laughter in gear as the group participates in a trivia quiz at one of the group dinners. Questions are based on pharmacy, Mt Buller and a range of general knowledge questions, with prizes awarded to the best contestants!

Accommodation

Mt Buller offers a variety of accommodation types, including small boutique bed and breakfasts to full service hotels. Accommodation is to be booked independently by each delegate. This allows you to choose a lodge, apartment or hotel to suit your budget and family needs. Some venues will be offering discounts to our delegates, including those listed below, so make sure you mention Medici Capital’s conference when making your booking.

Getting to Mt Buller

Only 248kms north east of Melbourne, Mt Buller is the most accessible snow resort in Australia. Whether you are from Victoria or interstate, there are plenty of alternatives to get you to Mt Buller in the most convenient, affordable manner to suit your needs.

If you are travelling from interstate to Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport, there are several coaches that travel from the airport to Mt Buller. Coaches to Mt Buller are also available from Melbourne City, Southern Cross Station, Geelong and Mansfield on a regular basis. Alternatively, you can enjoy the 3-4 hour drive from Melbourne to Mt Buller in your own car or a hire car, taking in some magnificent scenery along the way.
