Marketing, Sales and Administration Support
Summary:
We have two part time marketing positions available. These positions can be part-time,
full-time or job-share. One of the position focuses on sales and the other on administration.
Both of these positions involve a range of support roles to several department leaders, as
well as to the Managing Director. This is an opportunity to develop and utilise your marketing
and sales skills in a professional environment based in Kew.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Two part time marketing positions are available; one focusing on sales and the other on
administration. Both of these positions involve a range of support roles to several
department leaders, as well as to the Managing Director.
Marketing and Sales
Sales focused, one position will involve the following tasks:
- Assist in the development and execution of our marketing plan and marketing
materials.
- Help maintain the client database.
- Make regular telephone calls to build relationships with both current and
potential clients.
- Carrying out market research when necessary.
- Administration support, including assistance with mail outs, photocopying
and other ad hoc admin duties.
- Preparing and proof reading printed material.
Marketing and Administration
Administrative focused, the other position will involve the following tasks:
- Assist in the delivery of our marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of our company's involvement in various industry
events.
- Maintain marketing schedule and publication deadlines.
- Carrying out market research when necessary.
- Administration support, including assistance with mail outs, photocopying and
other ad hoc admin duties.
- Preparing and proof reading printed material.
